BALLET BARRE FITNESS

A ballet-inspired class incorporating Barre work, Pilates and core stability. Flex and stretch to sculpt and tone the muscles, while improving balance, flexibility, strength and endurance. Ballet Barre Fitness uses the core fundamentals of ballet exercises to create an elegant posture, a toned body and to keep fit. It's a great fun workout designed using the core fundamentals of Ballet.

This is a fun way to learn the basic steps and start your journey towards a healthier, toned, elegant you!

Ballet Barre Fitness

A great fun workout for adults looking to improve their fitness and physique. Using the principals of ballet exercises, we shape and tone your body in a fun exciting way. We use the barre as a prop whilst performing strength training exercises for particular muscle groups. This gives a great all over workout and really helps to improve tone and muscle.
