Gymnastics is a great discipline to improve flexibility and core strength, learn safely how to do forward, backward rolls, headstands, bridges, walkovers, kartwheels, chest rolls, splits, forearm stands, bridges and more as you progress
Our Acro Gymnastics classes offer pupils the ability to learn floor work, handstands, rolls and tumbles. All exercises help to develop flexibility and a strong core. Our gymnastic classes run from little ones through to mid-teens.
We have a large 10 metre Air Track that we use in the Southam Studios for many of our classes, enabling further progression such as Aerials and Tumbling Tricks.
